Imre has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant since 2004. As he began his career in public accounting two decades ago, his “think outside the box” and results-oriented approach immediately resonated with entrepreneurs he worked with. With his international background and understanding of various cultures, Imre now represents clients from all corners of the world, helping both start-ups and existing businesses get to the next level. Born and raised in Hungary, Imre studied and traveled across Europe, learning about cultures and languages while developing an apt to immerse in new cultures, which Imre remains passionate about. After moving to the United States and having graduated from both Nova Southeastern University and Florida International University, Imre joined Gemco in Coral Gables, Florida where he spent the next 12 years building a solid foundation. Launching a firm with an international clientele in a cosmopolitan city like Miami was a natural next step and an immediate success in 2015. Today Imre focuses on supporting start-ups with impactful purpose through multiple avenues such as expansion and financial strategy, seed capital and a proven professional network, as well as providing his team with meaningful careers. Imre is passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle which he shares with his family. He enjoys CrossFit and Yoga, loves hiking and mountain biking, as well as traveling and exploring nature.

Anita Tallo

Managing Director
As Managing Director, Anita Tallo oversees the accounting, advisory, and tax services of IBCPA, with over 27 years' experience in taxation, public accounting, and private accounting. Additionally, she is responsible for establishing standard procedures across the firm and overseeing the setup of new clients. Her responsibilities likewise include coordinating hiring qualified employees, coaching managers and overseeing employee training. She also facilitates that IBCPA clients set up proper workflow procedures with automation. In addition, Anita plays a key role in major milestones in her clients' lives, such as exits and international tax planning. Anita works with high-net-worth individuals and businesses for whom she manages some of the firm's most complex tax and accounting matters. Additionally, Anita serves clients on a full range of matters, including corporate and investment structuring, pre-immigration tax planning, inbound and outbound transactions. As part of her position, Anita is also responsible for increasing IBCPA's productivity and profitability. As a graduate of Budapest Business School in 1996, Anita became a Hungarian CPA in 1999, earning her Budapest Business School certification as well. Through her positions as Chief Accountant and Audit Supervisor at a variety of CPA and audit firms in the US and Europe including Deloitte and Touche and BDO; Anita gained extensive accounting, tax, and audit experience. She has also been involved with accounting system configurations, transfer pricing consulting, consolidated financial statements, tax planning, and annual audits.

Timea C Barrack

Timea C Barrack

Director of Operations
Timea C Barrack is a Business Development Manager at IBCPA. In addition to managing contracts and client relationships, she also oversees internal communications of the company. Her job is to ensure that IBCPA has a cohesive internal structure and that all of its processes are running as smoothly as possible. As well as maintaining strong relationships with clients, she develops new contracts and builds bridges between departments. Her primary role is to develop and implement strategies that will help IBCPA grow, increase revenue, and improve profitability. Originally from Hungary, Timea graduated from Kodolanyi Janos University in 2005 with a major in International Studies, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Colorado State University. In her career, she spent ten years in Europe before moving to the United States. She has traveled a lot over the past 15 years, like skiing in Italy, walking the pyramids, riding a camel in Egypt, and visiting the Caribbean region. In order to understand different cultures and nations around the world, she developed a strong sense of devotion. She believes that it is essential to embrace and learn from different cultures in order to live a fulfilling life. She continues to travel extensively, exploring new places, and expanding her knowledge of diverse cultures.

Client Manager
Xia Kong is an accomplished tax and accounting professional with over a decade of progressive experience. She possesses exceptional expertise in international tax issues, including pre-immigration planning, inbound structures, and foreign compliance matters. As a client manager, Xia provides a wide range of services, including monthly financial statement preparation and tax return filing for individuals, pass-through entities, and corporations. She takes pleasure in serving clients from diverse industries, such as commercial real estate, retail, and manufacturing, and aims to minimize their tax liability legally while increasing their profits. In her previous roles, Xia performed monthly bookkeeping and tax preparation for small to mid-sized businesses, and meticulously compiled financial reports while analyzing and preparing financial information for accuracy and transparency. Xia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Network Engineering. She also has a Master's in Accounting with a tax approach and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2016. Xia spends her free time with family and friends and is fluent in Mandarin.

Tudor Cozma

Client Manager
Tudor Cozma, client manager joined IBCPA in June 2020. Since then, he has contributed to providing clients with the best accounting and taxation services. Additionally, he has experience in preparing financial statements, individual and business tax returns, planning, payroll tax returns, and bookkeeping. In addition to training new employees, Tudor improved and expanded client solutions for the firm's international entrepreneur clients. A number of satisfied clients can attest to Tudor's commitment to high-quality work and his dedication to client service. His dedication and hard work have also been recognized by the firm. He has been rewarded with promotions and multiple awards for his performance. He is currently the leader of the firm's European division and manages his accounting team. Having graduated from University of North Alabama as a Master of Accounting in 2021, from the Academy of Economic Science of Moldova, as well as holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the Academy of Economic Science of Moldova, is the basis for all of the above-mentioned abilities and skills. Being fluent in both Russian and Romanian, he contributes a lot to IBCPA's development. Having an adventurous nature, he is always up for a challenge and open to change. His broad knowledge and experience of different cultures is a great asset to the company. He embraces diversity, which helps create an inclusive work environment. He is a great team player and always willing to help. In his spare time, Tudor enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time in nature with his family.

Client Manager
Ana Maria Chimbor joined Imre Borsanyi CPA in January 2018. In her role as a client manager, Ana develops and expands client solutions for the firm’s international entrepreneur clientele, and trains and develops new staff. She advises businesses operating across a wide range of industries, including national fraud and merchant services protection firms, residential real estate investment partnerships, global transportation companies, and an advertising and digital media company with 70 subsidiaries around the world based in the U.S. Throughout her career in the private industry, Ana has gained extensive experience in accounting. Her career began as a clerk for Accounts Payable and Receivables for wholesale and retail, then she became an Office Manager and full-charge bookkeeper for a cable installation services firm, then accepted a position as the Controller of a textile manufacturing firm. In addition to bank account reconciliation, payroll preparation, cash flow reporting, and closing procedures at month- and year-end, she is highly experienced in the demanding and fast-paced day-to-day operations of private companies. She also has experience preparing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations in addition to compiling and reviewing financial statements. Ana graduated from Florida International University in December 2017 with a Bachelor's in Accounting and currently she is pursuing her Certified Public Accounting license. She speaks Spanish fluently.

Sandra Soler has been working with Imre for over 9 years, helping develop the firm’s reputation across the world. After gaining a Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University (Magna Cum Laude) in 2012, she obtained an MBA and a Master’s in Accounting from University of West Florida. Sandra became a Certified Public Accountant in 2016. Sandra gained expertise in all areas of public accounting, with a thorough understanding of international tax issues, including inbound structures, pre-immigration planning, and various foreign compliance issues. Sandra has played a major role in developing and expanding client solutions for the firm’s international entrepreneur clientele, and training and developing new staff at the firm. Sandra cherishes the time she spends with her family and loves visiting National Parks. She is also an aficionado of Bikram Yoga. Sandra is fluent in Spanish.

For a smooth workflow and positive client experience, she is passionate about identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies. Her expertise in process improvement and cost reduction has enabled her to achieve success at IBCPA. She is driven by her commitment to excellence and her passion for innovation. Bibi is currently pursing a Bachelors in Supervision and Management at Miami Dade College. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. Bibi enjoys playing sports such as tennis, basketball and volleyball. Additionally, she enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures. Bibi is passionate about helping others, and she hopes to use her degree to pursue a career at IBCPA. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, and she is committed to creating a world where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed.
